Founded in 2013, we are a private equity firm that invests in the energy sector, primarily in upstream oil and gas. Our investments are structured to fit the opportunity and take the form of equity, joint ventures or credit.

We focus specifically on lower/middle market energy investments, where capital is most scarce. We combine this focus with stringent downside risk-mitigation as we structure our investments.
